Welcome to Casa Belle, a mediterranean villa set amid 13 acres of beautiful lawns and gardens and surrounded by breathtaking views of mountains and fertile valley pastures, yet within easy walking distance of the cafes and galleries of Bellingen.


	Step into the tranquil ambience of Casa Belle's Italian style courtyard, with vaulted arches, rich ochre walls and a loggia with potted geraniums and vibrant bougainvillea.


	Much like the villas of Tuscany, it is situated high on the hill and overlooks the town and surrounding woodlands. Spectacular sunset views are enjoyed over the valley towards the mountains of Dorrigo.


	Relax in the privacy of your spacious room with Queen size beds and generous sized ensuites. Indulge yourself with the finest of toiletries, pure cotton bedlinen, bowls of fresh fruits, chocolates and nuts.


		French doors open onto private guest terraces with enchanting forest and garden views. Luxuriate in a spa bath or curl up in front of a log fire with a favourite book and music of your choice.

BOOKING POLICY

(Domestic)

Your credit card number or $100 by cheque is required for confirmation of your booking. No monies are deducted until arrival, however cancellations 14 days or less prior to booking will be debited but can be transferred to another booking date. Full charges will be incurred in the case of "no shows" combined with no cancellation.

(International)

Full payment is required to confirm an overseas booking. This is refundable in case of cancellations up to 30 days prior to the booking. There is a $40 handling fee charged on all refunds.
